30-day money-back guarantee

If evim.ca isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of that payment. A first month that was free through a referral is not a payment; the guarantee covers your first paid month or year.

How to ask

In your dashboard, open Settings, Plan and billing, and press "Request a refund". You can also write to support@evim.ca from your account's email address. We reply within one business day. When we refund your first payment, your plan ends and your site is paused.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future charges. Your site stays live until the end of the period you paid for. Payments for earlier periods are not refunded, except under the guarantee above or where the law requires it.

Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply, and the refund is made to the payment method you used.
