Do I need any technical skills?
No. If you can fill in a form and upload a photo, you can build your site. Building a site takes about 20 minutes.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Building and previewing are free, with no card. You pay only when you publish.
Why do you check my registration?
So nobody can publish a fake agent site. We check your details on RECO's public register, usually within one business day.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you already own, or use a free yourname.evim.ca address.
Do my MLS® listings import automatically?
Not yet. You add your own listings, which takes about a minute each with photos from your phone.
Does my site follow RECO's rules?
Your registered name, title and brokerage are shown the way RECO's advertising rules describe, on every page. You're still responsible for what you publish, as with any advertising.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays live until the end of your paid period. We keep your content for 90 days in case you come back.
Who can see my clients' messages?
You. evim.ca can access them only to keep the service running or when you ask us for help. They are never sold, and are shared only with the service providers named in our Privacy Policy.
